Texas Women's Outreach is grateful for the interest and support from the
Richardson Chamber of Commerce members and the surrounding community.
Defining what we do is a difficult job, because there are so many things that we do.
Some would identify TWO as a business, in that we are listed with the State of Texas as a non-profit
organization.
Some would identify TWO as a charity, in that
we have distributed the donations of food, clothing, and money are part of our being able to donate to shelters,
ministries, and needy individuals.
Some would identify TWO
as a ministry, for when they needed to find hope, help, and healing, they found prayer, direction, and guidance that brought
that hope, help, and their healing.
So, what is Texas Women's
Outreach? We are called to serve God and set on an assignment by God to minister to the needs of an individual.
We speak to the wounded heart, to the discouraged, to those who
have fallen between the cracks in the system.
We are one more
place, to find help and connection to others who will help.
What is TWO? It is God and you. Together, we are mortar to the bricks that helps strengthen
a community. For where there are two or more gathered, in His name, He is present.

Mediation Family and Civil
T.W.O.
offers mediation for conflict resolution, credit counseling and family mediation. JoAnne Monroe offers mediation
in Family and Civil law with mediation credentials qualified through the Texas State Bar and is a competent paralegal in most
areas of law. Because mediation can not deal with all needs of those with legal issues; T.W.O. will refer individuals
to an attorney for legel advice when ever necessary. T.W.O. directors are not attorneys, therefore we do not give legal
advice.
