Texas Women's Outreach (T.W.O.) is a non-profit
organization and ministry for women who choose to succeed, not just survive. T.W.O. has held a Texas 501 c 3 status since 2010, after being establishd
by a group of Christian teachers in February of 2009. We are Texas women helping other women in whatever way we can. Texas
Women's Outreach helps connect women (and men) to the right resource for help and offers the educational and spiritual support
programs needed to succeed, not just survive.
JoAnne Monroe (ordained in ministry and evangelism in May of 2010) founded the outreach after a roundtable
meeting of Christian Texas teachers. These teachers were greatly concerned about struggling mothers and
their children.
