Texas Womens Outreach

Established in February 2009, received 501(c)3 status in May of 2010

Texas Women's Outreach (T.W.O.) is a non-profit organization and ministry for women who choose to succeed, not just survive. T.W.O. has held a Texas 501 c 3 status since 2010, after being establishd by a group of Christian teachers in February of 2009. We are Texas women helping other women in whatever way we can. Texas Women's Outreach helps connect women (and men) to the right resource for help and offers the educational and spiritual support programs needed to succeed, not just survive.

JoAnne Monroe (ordained in ministry and evangelism in May of 2010) founded the outreach after a roundtable meeting of Christian Texas teachers. These teachers were greatly concerned about struggling mothers and their children.

Our Mission

To serve our community by providing educational programs and support for women who have survived abuse or who are wounded but, are determined to succeed in life.

Our Assignment

We are here to help women who want to succeed.  We help women who choose to no longer be a survivor in transition, but who want a plan for their future.  That could be you, your daughter, or the woman standing next to you.

Our Services

  • Coaching women in how to stay in the workplace
  • Counseling to restore family relationships
  • Supporting women and men in finding freedom from abusive relationships (JoAnne Monroe is a trained facilitator for Making Peace With Your Past)
  • Guiding teens and women to discover God's original plan for their life
  • Helping women find a new future after incarceration
  • Providing support for stressed teachers, parents, administrators, and cancer survivors.
  • Serve our community by working with local agencies, churches, ministries, community services

How do we help her make it to the top?
